Back in 2019, Ayrton released their most powerful moving profile fixture: the Huracán Profile. That fixture boasted 53,000 lumens of raw power, designed to be the workhorse of many large-scale productions. The graphic projections emitted from this model were deemed awesome by all, making this fixture stand out from competitors’ models that had similar size and output.
Ayrton has now created a version of this fixture designed for long-throw applications, the Huracán LT (Long Throw), which is designed for arena, stadium, and outdoor throws where one may wish to illuminate the side of a mountain from a mile away. The basic difference between the two models is the frame is slightly larger in the LT model, to allow the unit to deliver a 15:1 zoom ratio and a range of 3.5° to 53°, versus the 10:1 zoom ratio at 6° to 60° of the Huracán Profile.
