The AWS Summit Sydney, orchestrated by global experience design company Imagination, was recently held at the ICC over two days in April. The event showcased cutting-edge AWS tools and transformative technologies.
Our talented Sydney team, working under the direction of Lighting Designer Ziggy Zeigler, poured in 1,500 hours over 8 intensive days to ensure the event’s success. The summit spanned the entire ICC, using 1,200 fixtures, 7km of Weilands, 10km of 240v extensions, and 13km of DMX. This equated to a whopping five semi-trailer loads of equipment.
The event featured bespoke lighting designs for each space throughout the entire ICC. Standout fixtures like the Prolights ECLpars illuminated banners in the Expo halls, while the MAC Aura XIP and Ayrton Diablo S lit up sponsor stands and theatrettes.
In the ICC Theatre, the plenary conference was brought to life with a powerful mix of Ayrton Dominos, Perseos, ShowPRO’s LED DiamondBack Bars, and ECL Cyc050 for stunning visuals.
The ResX Sydney team’s expertise and commitment ensured an exceptional event was delivered for one of the world’s top tech gatherings.
