We’re hiring an Audio Visual Supervisor to join The Star Brisbane, a world-class hospitality destination in the heart of the city.
If you love all things audio-visual, and have previous experience supervising a team, then this is the opportunity for you! In this role you’ll ensure seamless support for events, entertainment, property-wide AV systems, in-room hotel technology, and activations. This is a full-time permanent position with a compressed work schedule that rotates every 4 weeks.

What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience in audio, visual, and lighting across event centres or live entertainment venues
- Strong communicator of technical AV, lighting, sound, and safety needs to varied stakeholders
- Proven leadership in team management, rostering, and budgeting
- Solid understanding of IP-based platforms (e.g. Dante, IPTV, SCALA, Q-SYS)
- Passion for learning and working with advanced AV technologies
- Proactive in adopting AV innovations to enhance guest experiences
