CLSA is looking for a bright young person to work full-time at our stylish Port Melbourne Headquarters.
CLSA was established in 1976 and is one of Australia’s premier suppliers of stage lighting, rigging, and staging accessories. From an outdoor stage to a single sheet of lighting filter we ship goods locally and interstate every day. We also sell directly to amateur enthusiasts and industry professionals from our Sales Showroom. Our products are used in Theatre, Film, Television, Concerts, Opera, Exhibitions, Art Galleries and Museums, Churches, Schools and Universities.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls
Greet visitors and customers
Assist customers to find the right product
Prepare sales documentation
Carry out payment transactions
Package small goods for dispatch
Organize couriers and freight agents
Skills Required:
Excellent English language and interpersonal skills
Friendly manner
Basic or intermediate level of stage lighting and rigging knowledge
Some experience working backstage
Some experience working in an office
Committed desire to achieve customer satisfaction
Wages:
$55,000 to $65,000 p.a.
