About the role
Working with local and international suppliers you will be responsible for coordinating buying activities, including but not be limited to:
• Enter order details into internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Run reports, analyse performance identify trends, while making recommendations as appropriate.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Generating new and managing existing SKUs on an ongoing basis
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and balancing discrepancies;

Skills and experience
• Have previous experience working as a Buyers Assistant
• Have strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
• Strong computer literacy, with skills in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
• Have personal resilience and a strong work ethic
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
