TAG is seeking an experienced Professional Audio Support technician to join our technical support team. This person needs to be motivated, focused and a people person. Prepared to put the customer on a pedestal to ensure customer satisfaction.
The role:
- Specialise in audio mixers both analogue and digital
- Provide our customers with technical product support
- Assist installers with their product installations
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings
- Troubleshoot and service minor product electronic faults
- Processing and data entry into a computer-based system
- Collaborate with other team members
Key qualities required are:
- Proficiency in all facets of Professional Audio Equipment
- Minimum 2 years’ work experience in Professional Audio industry
- A qualification in AV / Electrical / Electronics / IT (preferable)
- Experience in Electronics troubleshooting and repair work would be advantageous
- Moderate knowledge in network IT is essential
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Organised and tidy nature
- Great interpersonal skills – comfortable working with others
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility in your role
- Desire to achieve, and deliver results
