Are you passionate about professional audio and love helping people find the right gear? Brisbane Sound Group (BSG) is looking for a full-time Pro Audio Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This is a rare opportunity to combine your technical audio knowledge with your customer service skills, working in our state-of-the-art showroom and demo facility. What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things professional audio and studio gear. Your day will include:
- Sales & Customer Support – Assisting customers in store, over the phone, and online with quotations, product advice, and order updates.
- Product Knowledge & Demonstrations – Showcasing professional audio and studio equipment in our showroom or at client sites, tailoring information to each customer’s needs and experience level.
- Supplier & Inventory Coordination – Liaising with suppliers on pricing and availability, managing stock levels, and suggesting new product lines.
- Team Collaboration – Working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain displays, and provide technical support when needed.
- Continuous Learning – Staying up to date with industry trends, new gear, and participating in training to stay ahead.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales within the audio, AV, or entertainment industry (preferred, but not essential).
- Strong knowledge of professional audio and studio equipment.
- Great communication skills – written, verbal, and face-to-face.
- The ability to problem-solve and deliver solutions that suit both technical needs and budget requirements.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays.
Licences (Required):
- Open C Class driver’s licence
- Blue Card (or ability to obtain)
Bonus (Nice to Have):
- Forklift licence
