Harry the hirer Productions is seeking full-time Production Technicians to join the team. The Production Technician will play a crucial role in the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment for various events.
This role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless execution of production requirements. Your technical background will be proven in the fields of Video and AV. You will be required to install, pack down, operate and manage both permanently installed and mobile equipment on a show-by-show basis.
Our office is based in Rosehill, NSW with events executed across the Sydney CBD, regional NSW and nationally. Applicants must be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Tasks include but not limited to:
- Load, Install, Operate and Derig production equipment for events in a wide variety of locations
- Maintain sophisticated, in-person client service, from the first handshake of the day through to the technical cues of the event.
- Provide technical and creative input to bring clients’ event visions to life.
- Superior technical operating capability in your chosen technical field of audio, lighting or video.
- Programming and configuring production infrastructure according to clients’ brief and design.
