E3 Productions is seeking an experienced Production Manager / Project Manager to join our growing team in Darwin.
Founded in 2015, E3 Productions has become one of Northern Australia’s leading event technology and production companies, delivering major festivals, concerts, corporate events and large-scale productions across the Northern Territory and Western Australia.
As demand continues to grow, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, manage client relationships and deliver complex productions from concept through to execution.
The Role
This is primarily a production and project management role, overseeing the planning and delivery of events rather than being hands-on operationally, although operational experience is highly valued.
You will be responsible for:
– Managing event productions from initial brief through to delivery
– Client communication and project planning
– Preparing quotes, budgets and technical plans
– Coordinating equipment, crew and logistics
– Managing productions across remote and regional Northern Australia
– Working with technical teams across audio, lighting, video and rigging
About You
You will ideally have:
– Minimum 5 years experience in live event production or project management
– Experience quoting and managing complex productions
– Strong technical knowledge across audio, video, lighting and rigging
– Excellent organisational and communication skills
– The ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
– Vectorworks experience highly regarded
Location & Flexibility
Our preference is for this role to be based full-time in Darwin.
During the quieter season (January–April) we are open to the successful candidate undertaking touring or contract work interstate, while maintaining communication with the team and managing ongoing projects.
We are also open to junior project managers or department heads looking to step up into a larger role.
Salary
Salary will be negotiated based on experience, with an expected range around $100k–$130k+ for the right candidate.
