As Production Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional performances and events. This role is your chance to work closely with a creative, driven team dedicated to Perth Symphony’s mission of Music for Everyone. You’ll manage every aspect of production, from the initial concept through to the final curtain call, ensuring that each event is executed to the highest standard.

About You
- You have a proven track record in production management, ideally within the arts or entertainment sector.
- Your technical expertise in audio, lighting, and staging is second to none, and you’re familiar with production management processes.
- Your time management and administrative expertise always leaves others feeling supported.
- You’re a natural leader who thrives under pressure and can juggle multiple projects with ease.
- Your passion for the arts drives you to go above and beyond to create unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Creative Director to plan and deliver exciting concert seasons.
- Manage all technical, logistical, and budgetary aspects of events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Lead and mentor a talented crew, overseeing everything from stage setup to the final performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring we deliver on our promises.
