Harry the Hirer Productions is looking for a Crew and Logistics Coordinator to join our NSW team to support the delivery of high-quality lighting, AV and rigging solutions for events. Harry the Hirer Productions has stock in excess of 1200 LED screen panels to complement its lighting & audio-visual hire inventory and now has this great opportunity open on our NSW team.

Your coordination experience should be from events or hospitality background.
Our office is located in Rydalmere, Sydney with events executed across Sydney, regional NSW and nationally. Applicants must be available to work flexible hours including some weekends.
Requirements for the position:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a staff coordination role.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Career experience demonstrating your ability to thrive under pressure.
- A passion for problem solving.
- Current manual driver’s license (comfortable driving 3T trucks).
- Current residence or visa to work in Australia.
- Construction Induction White Card.
- Technical or other event industry experience favourable.
- Trade skills and other certification highly regarded.
