Adelaide Festival Corporation has multiple Production Coordinator positions to fill for the 2023 Adelaide Festival (3 – 19 March 2023).
Reporting to the Head of Production and working closely with the Production Team, the Production Coordinator devises and oversees the production and operational delivery of a group of selected projects in Adelaide and its surrounds. The role includes scheduling, planning, site layout, logistics and delivery of particular works.
We’re seeking experienced production staff to fill these roles, particularly those with experience in:
- delivering the production and/or site requirements of theatre and/or outdoor events particularly in the context of a performing arts centre, major event or festival
- budget reporting, working within set budget parameters and delivering set financial outcomes
- event management, working to set deadlines and achieving objectives within a defined timeline
- liaising with artists to ensure all production requirements are met
- compiling event equipment lists, gathering quotations and negotiations with suppliers

The Production Coordinator positions are full time from October 2022 to the end of March 2023.
