The Production Coordinator – Melba Spiegeltent position provides oversight and coordination for planning, scheduling and staffing processes associated with all events in The Melba Spiegeltent and associated venues. Together with an overall focus on workplace health and safety, this key role coordinates production and technical requirements to ensure effective operation for all hirers, guests and Melba produced shows and events. Extremely good attention to detail, significant live performance production coordination experience, and an understanding and passion for the creative process is required, complemented by strong communication skills, a collaborative approach and an ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.
