Exciting fixed-term opportunity for an experienced Production Coordinator to become part of the Adelaide Festival team.
November 2024 – March 2025
Remuneration – $75,000 – 83,00 per annum, pro rata plus 11.5% superannuation
The Production Coordinator works closely with international, national and local companies, local venues and suppliers to deliver projects as part of the 2025 Adelaide Festival
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of theatrical/event production requirements
- Experience in creating/running production schedules
- Experience in managing budgets
- Experience with working across multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to manage people/crew
- High attention to detail
