Terms: Full time 16 x week contract

Package: $1,250/week (inclusive of super)
DUTIES
Production Coordinator to support and manage all tasks assigned by Producer. The role reports directly to the Producer and is part of a compact team of five. Below are general duties but the role is not limited to:
- Provide administrative and production support and services to artists, co-producers, corporate clients, and long-term associates
- Liaise and assist the management of regular production teams, performers, and venues
- Artist management
- Generate, manage, and distribute all forms of touring and event documentation
- Implement, adhere, and manage everchanging OH&S procedures
- Various on-site event roles duties as required by event/client: production assistant, artist liaison, FOH manager, F&B liaison duties
- Generate, manage, and distribute production and artist schedules that communicate and coordinate talent managers, presenters, MCs, performers, and production crew
- Budget management, reconciliation, and reporting
- Research, source, and coordinate event materials and external suppliers/contractors
- Monitor, advise, and adhere to event and tour agreements with venues, media partnerships, talent, and crew
- Assist in the implementation of management systems and processes
QUALITIES
- Exceptional communication, written and verbal skills
- Willingness to work collaboratively with both suppliers and fellow workers
- A happy small office where much of the work will be solo
- Skilled in budget management, reconciliation, and reporting
- Detail driven
- Comfortable with troubleshooting onsite and confidence under pressure
- A level of creativity
- Working knowledge and expertise in marketing; people management; music and theatre trends; technical production, audio visual, and video production; and comprehensive skills and curiosity towards IT systems and online/social media
SCHEDULE
- Pre and post-production work completed from the Potts Point office and during office hours from Monday ā Friday
- On-site for rehearsals and events as required
- Maximum five (5) day working weeks and factor in occasional weekend work as required
- Domestic travel as required
TRAVEL
- Flights, accommodation, and per diems are provided if/when traveling outside of your home base of Sydney
