An exciting opportunity has come up to join the MSO Production Team as Production Coordinator.
Reporting to Head of Orchestral Operations and the Production Manager, the Production Coordinator is responsible for coordination of production and technical requirements of allocated MSO concerts and events, stage set-up, stage changes and pack downs, as well as many aspects of the Orchestra’s OHS systems. The position is also responsible for maintaining the Orchestra’s store, assets and equipment, and coordinating equipment hires and loans.
The Production Coordinator will also provide production and technical support to all aspects of the MSO as required.
This is an excellent time to be joining the MSO. Working closely with a small but dedicated team, this role will be well-suited to someone looking to make a positive contribution to the MSO, a much-loved cultural icon of Melbourne and Australia.
This position is being offered as a 9 month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extending.
