YMCA South Australia is a not-for-profit community organisation that has served the South Australian community for more than 170 years. THE ROLE
The Parks Theatre is located less than 15mins from the Adelaide CBD in the North Western suburbs and is comprised of two theatres and a gallery. Managed by the YMCA South Australia, the Parks Theatre runs a number of in-house programs whilst also maintaining a busy calendar of external hires. As the Production Coordinator, reporting to the Manager – Events & Performing Arts, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate external hirers including bookings, technical requirements, staffing, quotes, and invoicing;
- Support Youth and Daytime Theatre programs;
- General clerical duties pertaining to Theatre operations.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Successful candidates will also have, or be willing to obtain:
- Current HLTAID003 Provide First Aid
- Current HLTAID001 Provide CPR
- Responding to Abuse and Neglect Certificate (or willing to undergo training)
- Demonstrated experience in event coordination within the Theatre community
