- 38 hrs week, Monday to Friday, with availability for after-hours/weekends as needed

The Production team are responsible for providing superior customer services in selling, booking and delivering UNSW Hospitality’s audio-visual services to internal and external clients, with a focus on providing solutions to achieve clients desired outcomes.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll be joining a friendly and highly skilled team to be responsible for onsite support and delivery of event production and technical requirements for meetings and events.
The Organisation
Hospitality are specialists in delivering meetings and events for internal and external clients across a variety of venues, including UNSW City Centre, John Niland Scientia Building, AGSM Building, Chancellery committee rooms, Clancy Auditorium and Science Theatre. Hospitality coordinate and deliver the venue logistics, audiovisual and work closely with the contracted caterers to ensure a consistent quality hospitality experience.
About the successful applicant:
To be considered for this role you can demonstrate your knowledge, enthusiasm, and experience with audiovisual technologies, as well as exceptional customer service skills and professional presentation, and knowledge and commitment to health and safety responsibilities.
With a strong emphasis on virtual events over the past 18 months, experience with live streaming and video editing will be highly regarded. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in our brand-new Streaming Studio, scheduled to be operational in 2022.
