Over 5 million pixels for Spilt Milk

VuePix Infiled screens dominated the Spilt Milk festival in Canberra at the end of November, with over 5.2 million pixels across all the stages, which were managed by the Elite Event Technology team.

The EET was once again engaged by Kicks Entertainment to provide the bulk of the production across the entire festival. EET provided complete production on two of the three festival stages as well as all of the video and additional lighting on the third stage. They also provided complete production on all of the chillout and activation stages across the site as well as crowd barrier, backline and risers for the entire festival.

Two main stages featured VuePix Infiled screens as a centrepiece with two additional IMAG LED screens on the side for each stage.

LED screens at a size of 9m high x 5 m wide, was set up at the Angove Stage, providing the perfect backdrop for world-class artists like Khalid, Ocean Alley, CHVRCHES, Dune Rats and many more.
The screen consisted of 90 ER4.6 panels in 18×5 configuration. Complementing the main screen were IMAG screens on side, each consisting of 33 panels of ER5.9 in 11×3 configuration (5.5m wide x 3m high).

The Basquiat Stage, with a line-up of star attractions such as Golden Features, Juice WRLD, Illy and Dom Dolla just to name a few, featured a 7m wide x 4m high LED screen in the centre.
Consisting of 90 VuePix E12 mesh panels in 18×5 configuration, the screen provided a perfect visual centrepiece for the spectacular shows put on by the artists. Two IMAG screens were again used on the side of the stage, consisting of 48x VuePix ER4.6 panels each (4m wide x 6m high).
