Based in Chatswood Sydney STM Studio Supplies have more work than people and urgently needs an operations manager to assist and help us regrow.
We are seeking a personable self-motivated and flexible individual, ideally with a background in the performing arts, to support our sales team but most importantly facilitate installations and related administration in the allocation of material and human resources.
This role would include:
- scheduling installations, and staff on installations
- Set project timelines
- Monitor project deliverables
- purchasing products for sale, as well as installation components
- booking labour, freight, and arranging transport
- health and safety requirements like SWMS and other documents
- general involvement in estimating, design, cost reporting and some customer liaison.
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
As a small business you will need to be comfortable covering a variety of roles and multi-tasking as required.
Renumeration will be above award and based on experience and qualification.
