Gasworks Arts Park is extending its outdoor event operations into new areas, and also planning significant refurbishment activities over the next three years. Gasworks Arts Park provides an attractive working environment with public transport nearby, flexible hours and an onsite café. Gasworks Arts Park is a vibrant arts precinct producing a range of high-quality visual and performing arts programs, workshops and activities for all ages. Situated in Albert Park, Melbourne, on the site of the former South Melbourne Gas Plant, Gasworks is just three kilometres from the CBD and the precinct houses four hectares of park, two theatres, three gallery spaces, a café, as well as function and workshop spaces. Our event program encompasses 250 theatre performances a year, 800 workshops and 30 exhibitions.
The office shifts are 4 days per week, Tuesday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm, plus evening and Saturday market work once per week which is paid per shift worked. There are three staff reporting directly to the role plus an offsite IT contractor.
