Operations Manager

If you have experience working in Corporate AV, a good understanding of warehousing and logistics and want a challenging role that offers more regular working hours and career development this is for you!

In this role you will be responsible for the day to day operations of our busy warehouse, ensuring effective utilisation of equipment and crew and liaison with our project management team to ensure all operations run smoothly and deliver the best results for our clients.

Reporting to the State Manager you will be responsible for the management of the following areas:

• Management of technicians and logistics team including rostering, performance management, training &development
• Inventory, logistics and warehouse management
• Operations Budget
• Ensuring profit maximisation through process improvement and cost reductions
• Ensuring compliance with OHS

if you have excellent leadership and interpersonal communications skills, a high level of motivation and desire to succeed, current full NSW drivers license and enjoy working in a team environment, please apply including a covering letter and CV (word format) with your application.
