Office Manager, Auckland

ULA Group is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our Auckland based team.

A large focus of this role will be managing the day to day admin, logistics and warehouse tasks as well as internal sales and basic demonstrations.
You will be required to use the battery powered, walk behind fork lift.

Key responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Admin duties relating to invoicing, ordering, stock and pricing management
  • Maintaining and servicing our existing customer database and CRM system
  • Management of Service Level Agreements
  • Actively participating with the sales team as required
  • Assisting with pre testing of gear before it is delivered to clients (this would require a physical and technical aspect to the job)
  • Troubleshooting and basic technical repairs
  • Assisting with local marketing and promotions and trade shows

Qualities and attributes required:

  • Proven experience in an admin and logistics role
  • Previous experience/knowledge of professional commercial lighting and audio visual products
  • Driven towards processes, organisation and service
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Display initiative and technical ability to quickly understand and learn new product technologies
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Great time management skills, ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Well presented with exceptional customer service focus
  • Proactive and reliable team member
  • Available for provincial and odd international travel where required
  • Current driver’s license and passport although most duties will be office based
  • A positive ‘Can Do’ and coachable attitude

This is a full time position with an immediate start. You will be based at our Office in Auckland (North Shore) and reporting to our New Zealand Branch Manager.
