NSW Sales Rep

Sales Role | NSW-Based | Touring, Theatre, Venues, Film & TV

At LSC Control Systems, we don’t just manufacture world-class lighting control gear — we live and breathe entertainment tech.

From iconic venues to major tours, our products help bring shows to life. As we step into a dynamic growth phase, we’re on the lookout for someone equally dynamic to take on a Sales Representative role for Sydney and NSW.

Who We’re Looking For:

A seasoned operator, well-connected in the theatre, touring, venue, or broadcast world. Someone who knows the difference between DMX and sACN, and can have a brainstorm with everyone from techs and LDs to venue managers and specifiers.

You might have come off the road, out of a venue, or from a rental house — now you’re ready to channel your energy into something long-term, using your industry cred to build relationships and grow sales of premium lighting control systems made right here in Australia.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Championing LSC products and our international brands across NSW — with a strong focus on theatre, touring, architectural, and broadcast.
  • Building real relationships with production houses, consultants, venues, specifiers, rental companies, and system integrators.
  • Staying ahead of the game — you’ll know when a new venue’s being built before it hits the press.
  • Assistance in running demos, training sessions, seminars, and making sure the right people know how powerful our gear really is.
  • Supporting our customers with sales and technical expertise — you’re their go-to.
  • Representing LSC at industry events, trade shows, and in the studio, theatre or on-site.

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Have a deep understanding of the live entertainment world — and the contact book to prove it.
  • Know your way around control protocols (DMX, RDM, Art-Net, sACN, ethernet).
  • Can speak the language of LDs, TDs, specifiers, and venue operators.
  • Have a knack for problem-solving and thrive in both technical and client-facing settings.
  • Are self-driven, proactive, and excited to help LSC grow in the region.
  • Know your way around Office365 and CRM tools.
  • Want to work for a company that values innovation, integrity and community.


Bonus points if you’ve used or specified LSC gear before.

Based in NSW (but You’ll Travel)

You’ll be hitting the road across NSW and occasionally interstate (including visits to our Melbourne HQ). A valid driver’s licence and the right to work in Australia are essential.
