National Audio Systems (NAS) is one of Australia and New Zealand’s leading Pro Audio & AV Distribution companies, and we’re looking for a Key Sales / Account Manager to join our NSW team. This role will lead high-impact sales initiatives and build strong client relationships across the NSW/ACT audio-visual industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across NSW/ACT
- Identify and close new business opportunities to drive regional growth
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and deliver tailored AV solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5+ years in the audio-visual industry
- 3+ years of proven B2B or B2C sales experience
- Advanced knowledge of AV installation and pro audio technologies
- A proactive attitude and self-starter that thinks outside of the box.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident in both team collaboration and self-driven work
- NSW Driver’s License required
- Experience with sales planning, pipeline development, and prospecting
- A passion for tech, problem-solving, and building long-term partnerships
