This six-month professional development programme is designed specifically for women working in the AV industry at any stage of their career, primarily in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia – but open to the entire region.
It’s built around busy working lives and combines one-to-one mentoring, meaningful industry connections, and a supportive peer network. The programme helps women build confidence, strengthen visibility, expand networks, and accelerate their career progression in a manageable, realistic way.
