Novatech started life back in 2001. Initially ‘Novatech Productions,’ brothers, Leko and Milenko Novakovic started the production company servicing local Adelaide nightclubs. Over the years, the small team grew as quickly as their inventory, enhancing their expertise in many facets of the industry in the process. Skip ahead to 2018, Novatech Creative Event Technology is a nationally recognised team of over 80 event professionals delivering events across the industry (including concerts, outdoor festivals, corporate events, conferences and special events) as well as across the country (and indeed internationally).
As the team has grown, so too has the professionalism of Novatech in reviewing how they look after their staff, how they attract new talent and how they foster the growth and development of existing employees. Most recently, Novatech has fast-tracked the review of their current employment contracts and benefits with the new & improved offering being rolled out to staff over the next few months.
