Illawong Public School has recently taken an exciting step in upgrading its school hall by installing a highly efficient Stage Lighting Bar system. This installation, expertly handled by PHANTOS, aims to elevate the visual quality of school performances and events by ensuring the stage and surrounding areas are illuminated with precision and brilliance.
The centrepiece of this system is an 8-metre lighting bar positioned at the back of the stage. This bar is fitted with eight LED wash par lights, providing even and vibrant colour washes across the entire stage. Additionally, two 200mm lighting bars are placed on each side of the stage mounted with LED Fresnel lights, offering soft, adjustable lighting that adds depth and atmosphere to the performances. Accompanied by two 2-metre lighting bars at the back of the hall, each equipped with LED Profiles to deliver crisp, focused beams that highlight key performers and areas during any event.
One notable aspect of this lighting system installation is the inclusion of lighting bar wall brackets. Due to the structural limitations of the ceiling, suspending the lighting bars from above was not possible. However, the expertly designed wall brackets ensure the bars remain stable and secure, without compromising on the lighting performance.
This lighting bar setup has revolutionised the versatility of the Illawong Public School’s hall, allowing for better lighting control, enhanced visibility, and professional-quality stage setups.
