Equipson has addressed the needs of AV system integrators by expanding its Lightshark range of DMX-based hardware lighting consoles.
The Lightshark Core iO is compatible with integration systems such as Creston, AMX and Control 4, incorporating GPIO ports and implementing RS-232 and RS-485 protocols. It also features a dedicated Alarm Port that allows users to prioritise a specific state over scenes playing at that time, and incorporates a real-time clock that maintains accuracy for up to five years.
Lightshark lighting control systems feature a hardware console with a web-based interface that is accessible from any smart device. The range supports most protocols, including DMX512, ArtNet, sACN, MIDI, UDP, OSC and HTTP.
Among the updates to Lightshark set to be showcased at ISE is a Responsive UI that automatically rearranges to fit any screen regardless of its shape or size. New functions such as HighLight/LowLight and Fixture Grouping will be demonstrated.
The Spanish manufacturer will also launch the LS W1 remote control – a wall-mounted touch device with eight programmable buttons to control scenes and trigger actions from a Lightshark console. The device, which is easily configurable from the console, means end users no longer have to access the software interface to execute common scenes and commands.
Equipson will be in booth 7B600 at ISE.
