About the Role
We’re seeking experienced Audio, Lighting, and Vision Technicians to join our casual team for the summer season. Whether it’s programming a flawless light show, mixing immersive audio, or delivering breathtaking visuals, you’ll play a key role in creating events that leave lasting impressions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prep and Deliver: Program, rig, and reset equipment to perfection, both on and off stage.
- Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot issues, fine-tune systems, and ensure every detail is flawless.
- Leadership: Support junior staff and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Client Communication: Work closely with clients to ensure every event exceeds expectations.
- Specialised Work: Operate state-of-the-art audio, lighting, and vision systems, including mixing, content management, and LED solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Industry Experience: Proven track record in audio, lighting, or vision for live events.
- Team Leadership: Experience managing teams of 3-5+ in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Client-Focused: Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Safety Conscious: A solid understanding of WHS practices and a proactive approach to safety.
- Qualifications: A White Card is essential; additional licenses and certifications are a bonus!
