The P&O Pacific Dawn cruise ship is renowned for its fabulous entertainment options especially in the impressive two-story Marquee Theatre. With a number of different shows featured on the ship, a versatile lighting rig is required and so a recent upgrade saw the Marquee Theatre become home to nineteen Martin RUSH MH1 profiles.
This super bright LED profile moving head with efficient optics punches out a variety of effects and colours from two gobo wheels and two colour wheels. For added versatility and effect, it also houses an electronic dimmer and strobe, iris and 3-facet prism.
“We decided to upgrade the previous lights due to high cost maintenance and lamps,” commented Romeo S. Buco Jr., Production Manager, P&O Pacific Dawn. “The Martin RUSH MH1 profiles are light weight, low maintenance and have efficient LED lamps. Since installation the RUSH MH1 have been fantastic ….. perfect!”
The Martin RUSH MH1 were supplied by Compact Monitor Systems who recommended this model as it had all the capabilities required for the wide variety of shows from bands to dance to bingo!
