Located in Dandenong the position is working under the Managing Director with lots of opportunity to get your innovative ideas across the line and make a difference.
You will be responsible for leading a marketing team to create and develop of marketing marketing strategies to support our Online eCommerce store, our 6 retail locations across Australia and our wholesale distribution division.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Key responsibilities (but not limited to) include:
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to create ongoing marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions across all digital channels
• Manage and drive Pay Per Click advertising, SEO / SEM strategy
• Manage email-based marketing campaigns and communications
• End to End execution of marketing projects and analysis of the impact
• Manage and drive Social media marketing
• Development of marketing collateral (digital assets, POS material)
• Ensure sales and promotions and communicated effectively to all sales staff
• Work with external suppliers to arrange marketing promotions
• Maintain Sales and Marketing calendar
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
• Previous experience leading a marketing team to successfully drive sales and conversions
• Previous experience managing digital marketing including SEO/SEM/PPC
• Previous experience developing and managing marketing plans and campaigns
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• An understanding of our products and market
• Min 5 years of marketing experience.
