Achieve complete control over DMX and RDM with the STELLA 8 8-Port Controller from MADRIX. The controller allows for DMX output over 3-pin screw terminals, supporting the advanced Art-Net and sACN protocols. Users can work with protocol converter for Art-Net to DMX, sACN to DMX, or the opposite, DMX to Art-Net, and DMX to sACN. RDM is fully supported over Art-Net. With eight physical DMX ports, the STELLA 8 is designed for complete lighting control. Each port on the unit can be automatically or manually set to receive input. Other features include refreshing, combining, or duplicating incoming signals, real-time merging, and PoE capability. MADRIX includes a set of pluggable screw terminals and two wall mounting brackets.
Eight DMX Out
The STELLA 8 allows for Art-Net or sACN (streaming ACN) protocols. Assign control data to the eight physical ports of the unit for DMX output over 3-pin screw terminals. It supports Art-Net unicast, broadcast, or both, as well as sACN unicast or multicast.
Eight DMX In
Users can also receive control data as DMX input and send it back out as eDMX via Art-Net, sACN, or both.
RDM Support
RDM (Remote Device Management) is fully supported over Art-Net.
Customizable & Reliable Features
The STELLA 8’s customizable booster, merger, or splitter functionality makes it easy to refresh, combine, or duplicate incoming signals. Real-time merging allows you to combine data streams without delay, creating a single output signal via an adaptable system with automatic or manual HTP/LTP merging from up to eight sources.
Supply of Power
Supply power over USB, 5-24V over 2-pin screw terminal, or PoE.
Power over Ethernet
Power the device over Ethernet thanks to PoE (Power over Ethernet) capability. The device supports up to 1 GB/s speeds.
Flexible Mounting Options
The STELLA 8’s nonconductive enclosure was designed for 35mm DIN rails to make mounting quick, easy, and safe. The unit can be wall-mounted using the included brackets.
