Event Equipment, a national audio-visual production company who have spearheaded the large events, theatre, exhibition and conference market for the last fifteen years have purchased nine Martin MAC Quantum Profiles for a client roadshow.
The touring production is BLANC de BLANC currently playing in a Spiegletent in Newcastle. The show serves a refined blend of vintage glamour, high-end spectacle and tantalising acts to infatuate, illuminate and delight. It brings the finest cabaret, acrobatic talent and eccentrics from around the world into a single, shimmering night.
“With recent technological advancements, lighting designers now have more options available to them using LED technology than ever before,” commented Victor Ip, Event Equipment’s Managing Director. “Discussions with LD’s have revealed that working in compact environments requires intelligent profiles that 
run quietly and dissipate minimum heat yet are punchy and versatile enough to create an immersive experience for the audience.”
Victor remarked that the MAC Quantum Profile has addressed those challenges with LED technology and remains an industry leader today in its class.
“The MAC Quantums get requested regularly on riders so they seemed like the perfect choice,” he added. “They have performed amazing and I haven’t heard one negative thing about them since they’re been on tour.”
The MAC Quantum Profile is an extremely bright LED profile fixture combines top-quality white light with a fast, smooth CMY colour mixing system and crisp gobo projection on surfaces as well as mid-air. It also features the Animotion™ FX system that allows beam animations.
