With recent changes in the Australian distribution landscape — including LSC Control Systems’ transition to direct distribution of the broader Robe Lighting s.r.o. product range — LSC will conclude its distribution of ROXX GmbH products across Australia and New Zealand.
LSC has enjoyed a strong and collaborative relationship with the ROXX team since the early days of the company, introducing their boutique range to the Australian and New Zealand markets. Over time, ROXX products have featured in numerous high-profile projects and rental applications throughout the region.
“It was like dealing with old friends when the ROXX team approached us to represent their products here,” said Gary Pritchard, Director of LSC Control Systems. “It’s been a great and mutually beneficial partnership, but as we all know, the only constant in business is change — so while it’s sad to part ways, we do so on good terms.”
Pritchard added, “We sincerely wish the ROXX team continued success in their future ventures. The friendships we’ve built extend far beyond business.”
The discontinuation of distribution takes effect immediately. ROXX will announce its new distribution partner in due course. Customers with existing warranties or inquiries regarding ongoing product support are encouraged to contact LSC directly for assistance.
