Mandurah Performing Arts Centre (ManPAC) is looking for a full-time Lighting Technician to join their Technical Team full-time.
The Lighting Technician will be responsible for the setup and operation of a variety of lighting systems. This position also provides support to external technical contractors when required.

The ideal candidate must be dedicated to deliver high-quality technical work and the following key skills and attributes are required:
Skills Requirements
· Relevant tertiary lighting technician qualifications or training.
· Substantial skills and work experience as a lighting Technician.
· Specialist expertise and an excellent understanding of lighting systems.
· Extensive experience with setting up and operating lighting equipment.
· Experience with audio-visual systems will be highly regarded.
Personal Attribute Requirements
· High standard of customer service skills in order to respond to client requests.
· Be a team player who communicates effectively with ManPAC’s team and clients.
· Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and problem solve.
· High level of attention to detail and prepared to perform a range of tasks.
· Well-developed organisational, time management and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
This very important position requires a reliable, efficient, honest and hard-working individual with a keen interest in the theatre environment and dedications to high quality technical work. Additional tasks will include technical and facilities maintenance and other duties as required.
