Merrigong Theatre Company is a not-for-profit company that operates Wollongong’s Illawarra Performing Arts Centre (IPAC), and the Wollongong Town Hall. We also create, commission, produce and present exciting, innovative professional theatre productions.
Merrigong Theatre Company is looking for skilled techs to join our team:
- Lighting Technicians
- Sound Technicians
- Duty Technicians
If you have 3+ years of experience in a multi-venue Performing Arts Centre and are looking for a sea change or are looking for your next technical challenge, we would love to hear from you.
Contracts can be either
- guaranteed hours paid at LPA casual rate (rate dependent upon experience) or
- fixed term salary.
Rate approx $35 – $35 depending on experience. Contracts are for 38 hours per week, starting in August running through to 23 December 2022, with opportunity for renewal into 2023.
