Logan City Council is seeking expressions of interest to rebuild our workforce – these positions fall under our “Casual Venue Technician” position description.
These positions are location within Council managed venues such as Logan Entertainment Centre, Kingston Butter Factory Cultural Precinct, Beenleigh Events Centre and other locations across the City.
We are looking for Causal Venue Technicians that have:
* Previous experience in a similar role within an arts, entertainment or cultural venues.
* Qualifications in Creative Industries, Performing Arts and Live Production are desirable.
* Demonstrated competence in design, set up and operation of lighting control equipment and fixtures.
* Demonstrated experience in setting up other technical equipment such as audio, audio visual and staging equipment.

To be successful you must have the following:
* Possession of a current “C” class driver’s licence.
