Lighting Production Technical Supervisor

Work location: Pre-Production and equipment preparation work from our Tullamarine (VIC, Australia) office and warehouse. Lighting Production work on-site around Australia.  

Employment basis: Full Time employee.

Available to: We may be able to offer the sponsorship of a 457 visa to suitable candidates.

Planned start date: Oct 2023

Your day-to-day: Receive and interpret Job information; Oversee the preparation of lighting equipment for Jobs; Oversee lighting production; Attend to Production Administrator duties.

Working hours: Nominally 8 hours each weekday, 0830 start time, but work on-site varies.

Handover / Training: Tasks will follow established processes, that the incumbent will be trained and supported in.

Formal qualifications required: Drivers’ license.  

Required skills and experience: Intermediate computer skills; Intermediate numeracy skills; Intermediate literacy skills; 5 years’ practical experience in a commercial environment leading teams and managing modern lighting systems.

Favourable skills and experience: Additional paid years working in logistics, film, lighting, or technical event production. Basic or intermediate rigging qualification. Forklift license. EWP license. Wysiwyg (or equivalent software) experience.

Remuneration: Yearly gross salary of AU$105K to AU$115k, plus Superannuation, plus offsets (meeting or exceeding the Live Performance Award).
