We are looking for experienced people to join our team to help us deliver the best AV, staging, and lighting for Melbournes top-tier events.
As a Lighting and AV supplier to some of Melbourne’s premier venue’s, event managers and caterers we want to continue to deliver flawless production to these clients and events. We are all passionate about what we do, we go above and beyond to make sure our clients have the best possible outcome so we keep them coming back. We are looking for someone with high attention to detail, well organised and personable to liaise with our venues and clients to compile quotes, plans, and schedules.
The role is as an account manager for one of our premium city venues. You would be looking after high-end weddings and corporate functions.
Build relationships with existing clients as well as new clients organically.
As a company, we do not advertise or cold call. We rely on delivering results and forming lasting relationships with our clients.
We have a focus on quality, quality of the sales team, operationally, the crew, right down best equipment.

Experience in the industry in sales is beneficial for this role or experience as a high-level tech who is looking for a change to sales and management.
The scope of the position includes but is not limited to ;
Sales – Liaising with clients, site meeting.
Manage existing stakeholder and event partner relationships, ensuring regular and ongoing communication
Compiling Quotes & Bookings using our hire management software
Meeting clients on-site & overseeing installation and delivery of events.
Managing payments of accounts and Customer relationships
Floor plans and relevant job specific paperwork
Working with staff and contractors on site to meet delivery deadlines
A good understanding of the technical nature of our industry is benifical, as is a willingness to learn new skills and technical detail.
