Light Shark LS1 in control of Boorna Waanginy – The Trees Speak – a commissioned project for the Perth Festival.
Frontier Lighting were contracted to supply the lighting and crew for 3 of the 7 sections for the show and as part of this, they supplied their brand new Light Shark LS1 consoles for the Seeds of Change section.
“The LS1 is so simple to use and setup and even allows for the LD to make changes via his laptop or tablet from up to 100m away from the console which sits backstage,” remarks Frontier Lighting’s Head System Technician for the show Ciaran Russell.
Frontier’s other Light Shark LS1 was used on the Entry section and allowed for the technician looking after that section to control the system from his smart phone including lamp strikes and dousing each night without ever needing to touch the actual Lighting console which is housed in a scaffold tower.
