TDC is seeking a full time LED Technician to join our energetic, high performing Sydney team. This role allows you to:

What your work world will look like:
- Develop and deliver LED technology solutions utilising the latest in entertainment technology.
- Manage all LED technology elements of show delivery from pre-production to equipment prep through to show conclusion and debrief.
- Develop, deliver, and follow control systems production drawings and system schematics.
- Manage and direct production crew demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills.
- Manage onsite crew briefings and toolbox talks for TDC crew, freelancers and contractors.
- Develop lasting relationships with clients and production staff.
- Help drive research and development to keep TDC at the forefront of LED technology.
- Mentor and guide the technical team in LED technology and show delivery standards.
What you bring to the role:
- Demonstrated high-level experience in the operation of LED technology for live events and entertainment projects.
- A love of learning, with an aptitude for increasing knowledge and skills.
