LED Screen & Digital Technology – Sales Executive

We take pride in providing our clientele with advanced lighting solutions, including Digital Displays, Architectural Lighting, LED Screens, Digital Retail Signage, Outdoor Media, Entertainment Lighting, Control Systems, Networking & Healthcare Solutions.

Due to the expanding growth of the company, we are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role would suit experienced Sales Representative or Technical Expert seeking the opportunity to transition.

The role:

You will be part of our proactive Sales team, providing the first class customer service and support to our existing clients and helping to expend the business in the LED Screen & Digital Displays sector. The role involves B2B sales for indoor and outdoor LED Screen and audio-visual signal processing products. This rapidly growing market segment offers many opportunities to the right candidate to join a long-established international company. Your industry experience, network and technical knowledge will assist in you attracting new customers for the ULA Group’s world renowned stable of products.


Key Responsibilities

  • B2B sales for indoor and outdoor LED screens and audio-visual signal processing equipment
  • Maintaining and developing an existing customer base
  • Visiting client premises to demonstrate new and existing products across the extensive range
  • Proposals, quotes and negotiating to achieve the best outcome for the business from all opportunities
  • Positively contributing to the local & national sales team effectiveness with an emphasis on driving revenue growth by exceeding monthly and quarterly targets through meaningful lead generation
  • Delivering on a robust prospecting strategy to ensure you are providing leads that will significantly contribute to the business bottom line
  • Creating effective technical solutions to industry professionals that meet design briefs
  • A positive and Can Do attitude


You will be responsible for

  • Maintaining and developing an existing customer base
  • Visiting client premises to demonstrate new and existing products across the extensive range
  • Issuing proposals, quotes and negotiating to achieve the best outcome for the business from each and every opportunity
  • Positively contributing to the local & national sales team effectiveness with an emphasis on driving revenue growth by exceeding monthly and quarterly targets through meaningful lead generation
  • Delivering on a robust prospecting strategy to ensure you are providing leads that will significantly contribute to the business bottom line
  • Creating effective technical solutions to industry professionals that meet each design brief
  • Accurately inputting customer orders into the CRM, maintaining and reporting on sales pipeline progress
  • Post-sale customer support
  • Developing and nurturing industry networks


This is a full-time position based at our QLD office in Arundel. This role works collaboratively with the sales team and reports to the National Sales Director.

About you

  • Experience in LED screen and audio-visual integration system sales to the integrator sector
  • Customer relationship focused
  • Self-motivated and driven to identify and close new business opportunities
  • Great organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great time management skills, ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Current driver’s license and passport
  • A positive and ‘Can Do’ attitude
