KV2 Audio has announced the new ESD8, the latest model joining the company’s ESD series of two- and three-way passive loudspeakers, slotting into the range between the existing ESD6 and ESD10.
The ESD8 is a compact full-range loudspeaker incorporating an 8-inch trans-coil woofer and a 1-inch compression driver coupled to a wide dispersion horn. Presented conservatively like the rest of the range in an angled low-profile Baltic birch enclosure, it’s designed to deliver quality speech and music definition.
It can be utilized for mains and as an in-fill for larger systems and can be applied quickly and efficiently on podiums, stands or suspended. Applications include corporate presentations and functions to infill, close monitoring or installation.
