HARMAN Professional Solutions has announced the launch of new JBL Professional Control 400 Standard Coverage Series and Control 400 Premium Coverage Series ceiling loudspeakers, with the 15 new models joining the Control 400 Enhanced Coverage Series introduced earlier this year.
The Standard Coverage Series is designed to meet affordable price points; the Enhanced Coverage Series includes JBL’s Coplanar Radiation Boundary Integrator (CRBI) that’s designed to provide a more even frequency response throughout the coverage area; and the flagship Premium Coverage Series leverages JBL’s proprietary conical Radiation Boundary Integrator (RBI) technology to achieve added coverage consistency.
All Control 400 Series models have terminal covers allow for top or side cable entry, and a captive dogear design accommodates a variety of ceiling thicknesses for added versatility, Most options include transformers to support both 70/100-volt and low-impedance applications. The included full-face magnetic grille is paintable, while available black and square grilles provide added customisation.
