Audio Visual Engineering AVE, is a solutions provider for all aspects of Professional Sound & Lighting. Due to continued growth AVE is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Internal Sales Representative.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer technical queries from our dealer network via telephone or email.
- Processing quotes, sales, and customer returns in a timely manner.
- Update and assist in maintaining the customer database on the CRM.
- Assist sales team and provide key information & reports as needed.
- Provide assistance and updates for customer order and returns.
- Serve wholesale customers in-store and assist with order collections.
- Provide customer updates for backorders, shipments, repairs, and orders
- Assist sales reps with customer and product information / reports
- Create and deliver customer and sales reports for other team members
- Helping to develop B2B relationships with corporate customers.
- Liaising between customers and our warehouse / service departments
- Providing support to our sales & management team members
- Work on assigned projects and deliver tasks by due dates.
- Manage digital assets (Website and Social Media)
- Collaborate across various departments to ensure a high level of customer service is achieved.
- Attend expo training and trade evenings.
- Job Description may change from time to time depending on business requirements
- Assist Wholesale Manager with projects & tasks as required.
Ideally, you will have:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Be a self-starter and can prioritise workloads to get things done
- Have a genuine commitment and drive towards team goals
- Experience in the Audio Visual industry
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
- Previous experience in Administration, or customer support
- Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experienced in delivering client-focused solutions
- Proven ability to analyse information quickly and to problem solve and think strategically, position and formulate appropriate recommendations.
- Ability to seek ways to improve external and internal customer satisfaction on a continual basis.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite
- Ability to work as part of a group working toward solutions.
- Experience with DEAR inventory management and Zoho CRM
Remuneration will be based on candidates’ qualifications, skills and experience.
