Internal Sales & Customer Support Representative

About the Role

As a central point of contact for our customers based in Melbourne, Dandenong, this role supports both our internal sales team and our wholesale partners. You will handle customer enquiries and orders, assist our BDMs, and develop strong working relationships that help deliver a seamless customer experience.

You will be working with a diverse customer base, including production companies, retailers, system integrators, and event rental businesses. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, is highly organised, and thrives in a fast-moving multi-system environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing phone and email queries
  • To help develop  B2B relationships with corporate customers.
  • Liaising with customers and our warehouse
  • Manage customers expedite requests.
  • Accurately providing quotes, purchase orders and invoicing
  • Providing support to our counter sales
  • Work with the  (CRM ) to identify gaps & opportunities, and execute against the plan to close gaps and develop opportunities
  • Manage digital assets (Website and Social Media)
  • Collaborate across various departments to ensure a high level of customer service is achieved.
  • Other duties as required


Ideally you will:

·        Exceptional customer service skills

·        Be a self-starter and can prioritise workloads to get things done

·        Have a genuine commitment

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

·        Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels

·        Previous experience in Audio Visual or similar preferred.

·        Ability to work well autonomously.

·        Previous experience in customer support.

·        Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

·        Proven ability to analyse information quickly and to problem solve and think strategically, position and formulate appropriate recommendations.

·        Ability to seek ways to continuously improve external and internal customer satisfaction with product or service quality and on?time delivery.

·        Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.

·        Ability to work as part of a group working toward solutions.

Remuneration will be based on candidates’ qualifications, skills and experience.
