ULA Group – Australia’s premier manufacturer and distributor of world leading entertainment and architectural lighting and visual products – is seeking a qualified and experienced Internal Sales / Customer Support Representative.
Responsibilities include:
– Delivering outstanding customer support
– Quoting, reviewing and processing sales orders
– Maintaining customer relationships with current clients
– Managing sales desk
– Updating CRM system, monitoring sales leads and customer feedback
– Providing basic, technical product support for customers
– Supporting company sales team
Key Requirements:
– Existing background in professional entertainment lighting
– Proven experience in sales and customer service
– Outstanding communication skills with attention to detail
– Excellent telephone etiquette
– Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
– Customer focused, team player
– Great computer skills – experience in Pronto would be advantage
Based at ULA Group Head Office in Ashmore (QLD) and reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be an integral part of the sales team.
