Our Audio Visual wholesale business has a position available for an Internal Sales and Service Customer support consultant.
This is a fabulous opportunity for the successful applicant who will be required to perform multiple disciplines within our internal online sales team, coordinate our eBay account and will form a pivotal part of helping live up to our high level of customer service.
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Able to resolve customer queries quickly and accurately.
* Telephone answering / customer inquiries support.
* Communicate and assist with associated companies.
* Must have an eye for detail and be able to work intelligently on our computer systems, delivery information, and managing multiple systems at once.
* Able to work calmly under pressure.
*Hours of Work 10 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday.

* Exceptional oral and written communication skills
* Experience using the Microsoft Office Minimum of 5 years in a similar administrative role
* Strong organisational and time management skills and excellent attention to detail
*An understanding of Audio Visual equipment will be an advantage.
* General duties as directed.
