We’re on the lookout for a full-time Internal Sales & Customer Service legend to join our Croydon-based team.
You’ll be working with a friendly, supportive crew, helping customers, supporting our sales team, and keeping orders moving smoothly day to day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Processing quotes, sales orders and invoices (SAP)
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing internal support to our sales reps
- Data entry and general admin tasks
- Helping the team hit sales targets
- Delivering great customer service (always)
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in an internal sales or customer service role
- Audio or AV industry experience is a bonus (but not essential)
- An interest in audio/tech is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn
- Someone who enjoys working in a team environment
Training will be provided, so if you’ve got the right attitude, we can help with the rest.
